Why don't you clean on the same day as garbage day?

Each waste hauler has a unique time and holiday schedule. Due to these inconsistencies, we service next day as we can guaranteee your bins have been emptied and ready for our full cleaning service.

How do I know when my cleaning days will be?

There are two ways to find out:- Text alerts: We send a day-before text reminder to leave your bins curbside after garbage pickup. We also send an “en-route” message when you are next on our route. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.

– Log into your account: when you log onto your Brilliant Bins account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.

Which areas do you service?

We service a 20-mile radius around downtown Ocala, including:

– Ocala
– Belleview
– Summerfield
– Silver Springs Shores
– Beverly Hills, Inverness (soon!)

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?

There are two different methods you can use to reschedule:

– Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.

– Email us: If you are unable to log into your account, contact us by emailing info@brilliantbincleaning.com OR you can call 352-657-2467.

How do you protect my information if I sign up?

Your information is kept confidential. We use a secure PCI compliant processor which means your data is encrypted, so we cannot see your full card number on file.
